A chewy foundation of Marris Otter malt plied with a generous dose of specialty roasted, dark and caramel malts with oats give Knucklepuck a thick bold body that expresses biscuit, dark-roast coffee and chocolate with some sweet toffee notes.

We took only the first runnings and boiled for a minimum of three hours to elevate flavourful malt complexity against a sticky caramel backing.

Sitting as a casual 10.4% alcohol by volume, this creature packs a punch. Guaranteed to knock your head back.
