Beta Test #3 is classic juicy, hazy IPA. Shovels full of Cryo Sabro and Nectaron in kettle and dry hop, painstakingly handled so as to maximum flavour/aroma extraction whilst minimising isomerisation to prevent bitterness. Think big nectarine and orange-marmalade with hits of ripe peach, blood orange and lime zest. A soft, juicy mid-palate lets the concentrated hop flavours shine, rounded out with a full bodied finish that remains shy of sweet.
