Hop Kong

from $29.50

Double IPA | 8.0% | 50 IBU

Hop Kong has been part of our story since the early days. It started life as a West Coast IPA, had a stint as a Cali IPA, even flexed as Double Kong for a minute. We have always loved this beer and pulled it back last year for some pampering. We’re proud to announce Hop Kong’s return - rebuilt as an IIPA to carry the scale of flavour we know it deserves

The malt base is simple and well attenuated, keeping things lean and precise. Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy bring mandarin, ripe mango, and passionfruit, layered with grapefruit pith, sticky pine, and resinous depth from Idaho 7 and CTZ. Eclipse rounds it out with sweet citrus peel and a bright lift through the nose.

It’s bold and full across the palate, with a firm bitterness that keeps it structured without tipping into harshness. The finish is refreshing rather than sweet, and the 8% drinks smoother than you’d expect.

This is Hop Kong as we see it in 2026 - hop-forward, balanced, and unapologetically turned up.
