Rich dark chocolate and deep-roast espresso dominate the silky palate, backed by overtones of caramel, dried plum and raisin. Harking back to its original brew in 2020, we’ve doubled down in 2025 and built this year’s batch with a reiterated mash - pushing the limits of extraction and intensity.
We took those malt-saturated runnings and boiled for an extended time to drive rich caramelisation and deepen the malt complexity. Bigger, bolder and darker than ever, Knucklepuck 2025 hits 12.8% and doesn’t flinch.
Luxurious, chewy, and unapologetically bold – this is a beer built for sipping, savouring, and cellar-stashing. Just don’t expect it to pull its punches.
